1912: Houying Elementary School was established.
1960: Shelin Branch was established.
1964: Jindha Branch was established.
1970: Shelin Branch was independent and was named as Songlin Elementary School.
1977: Jinsha Branch was independent and was named as Jinsha Elementary School.
2000: The preschool was added in 2000.
2006: Jinsha Elementary School turned to Houying Elementary School Jinsha Branch.
2011: The 100th Anniversary Celebration
2016: The new school building were completed. (Le-Shiue Building)
